My unexpected path to fitness began with knee surgery in 2010. During recovery, I discovered the powerful role of strength in both healing and preventing injuries. This revelation inspired me to become a certified trainer.

Today, I help clients build resilience, gain body awareness, and integrate fitness into their busy lives. My approach blends personal experience with professional expertise to guide you towards a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
